FAVOURITE SKINCARE STEP

This week we are gonna share our favourite skincare step that we both follow religiously.

1. AUDY’S FAVOURITE - OIL CLEANSING

Most people dont usually have it in their skincare regime but trust me it works wonders. At least it did for me. All you need is either jojoba oil or castor oil. I personally use bio-oil as it is non-sticky. Take one or two drops of the oil in the palm of your hands and then massage it for 5 to 10 mins. You immediately start feeling the whiteheads coming out of its pore. After massaging your face is gonna feel so smooth and soft. You can do this step every alternate day or once a week or once in two weeks according to your comfortability. But remember everybody has a different skin type. So if this step causes irritation on your skin then immediately stop this process. For me personally, I have seen a lot of changes in my skin. It is more smooth and soft and shiny. Although I have oily and sensitive skin, oil cleansing worked just fine for me.

2. ANN’S FAVOURITE - MOISTURISER

It is the holy grail. You need to abide by it no matter how old or young you are. It should be a must in your skincare. Humectants in moisturizers help prevent moisture loss from your skin and keeps it soft and plump and hydrated. You can choose the base of your moisturizer based on the skin type you have. If you are on the oilier side or get your pores clogged easily, then try avoiding an oil or milk-based moisturizer. Rather opt for a water-based moisturizer. If you want a really nourishing cream or something to take away the dryness from your skin then opt for a heavier base. Regardless of what moisturizer you use, make sure you use it daily without fail as it helps your skin looking healthy and glowing.
